Mountbatten Bungalow Kandy - Kandy

The sitting room with its fireplace has cosy sink-into-me sofas, smart in black and white pin stripes. Handpicked classy artefacts fill the living spaces with character and a sense of history. The rooms furnished with classic sri Lankan style décor are luxuriously spacious. Four poster beds swathed in white linen, colonial style vanity tables and sitting chairs make for homely elegance. The large toilets boast of sophisticated modern layouts complete with bath tubs. Nothing is prettier than the infinite pool by night, lit up against the moonlit mountains and trees beyond.

Walk leisurely through the garden sipping your cup of tea, explore the city of Kandy which is a short drive away. Enjoy the sauna, spa and massages available in-house. Drive up to Digana for a game of golf. Visit the sacred temple of the tooth or the gardens of Peradeniya. Come back home for sumptuous meals and quiet restful times in front of a lively fire.

Queen-sized four poster beds add comfort and a touch of luxury to the rooms. The en-suite bathrooms are, as per traditional Victorian style, painted in a monochrome colour scheme. The fittings are however, ultra-modern and luxurious; a cunning blend of old and new.

Suite
Mountbatten Bungalow has 2 Suites. The Suites are spacious and beautifully furnished with stylish pieces reminiscent of Victorian bedchambers. The en-suite bathrooms are, as per traditional Victorian style, painted in a monochrome colour scheme. The fittings are however, ultra-modern and luxurious; a cunning blend of old and new.
